Actually stew, WE use a lot of meds PATENTED HERE, but produced in factories in England and India by “subsidiaries”. Very few drugs are actually manufactured here.

No. It costs less because the cost of living is less. It has nothing to do with taxes, the environmental restrictions and unionization.
