I think the panels are in the correct order, but it’s really stupid. First figure it out and then wait 5 minutes to see what’s on the end of the leash??? I can maybe understand the blind guy not saying anything, but the woman??? (will avoid any sexist comments)

The blind guy must be deaf as well to not notice that his dog was beside him and that the “feel” of the lead was different.
