Our cat can hear a tin of cat food being opened in the kitchen from out in the back yard.

My dog won’t eat food off the floor. I have to pick it up and hand it to her. The only sound that gets her excited is the sound of an individual cheese wrapper.

I only have two 55 gal. fish tanks I clean the filter once a month. They can’t hear food, but they can see me heading toward the tank and reaching for their food. They go nuts.

My dogs eat anything that remorely looks/smells good. They often lick where stuff spills on the floor LONG after it looks clean to me!

A little speed bump, that’s all today’s “quake” was. I can’t believe all the fuss the news is making over it. Northridge in 1994? Now THAT was a near-death experience!

JPuzzleWhiz: 4 is mild for California. I went through at 4.3 in Vancouver and the kids slept through it. On the other hand, 4.3 was the record in Texas until they started fracking the Eagle Ford shale, and now it has been broken a few times.
