Cats always fit in polite society. Men, dogs and little boys – not so much.

Roscoe is already housebroken.

Dogs were created to teach us unconditional love…Cats were created for us to have something to practice it on…

I think she kicked Earl out, and between the two, he chose to bring Roscoe outside with him. I don’t believe she could be so mean and heartless as to kick out a dog. Husband sure, but not Roscoe. So between Roscoe and the cat, R is the chosen one.
