I love broken yokes; I prefer non-runny yolks anyway, and it’s easier to cook it firm without making it rubbery that way.

I too don’t mind the broken yolks. As a matter of fact, I prefer my fried eggs over medium, (but I don’t dare order that, given how often an order for over easy gets you over medium if not over hard).

I always break the yolks when frying eggs. I prefer the blended flavor without them being scrambled.
