Good morning, Vagabonds. Tomorrow I’ll be 3/4 of a century old.

My new phonograph copies to CD but I can’t finalize the the CDs no matter how much I follow the manuel.

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

It was 53 yesterday! Everything is melting fast! Unfortunately, all the creeks are already swollen, and overflowing very fast! Thankfully, we live in the mountains, and just have to contend with a dirt road (which is usually in very good condition).

Arye, sounds like another “computer” that thinks it’s smarter than us! (Open the pod bay door, Hal)

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Arye, I will talk to my hubby (the one who actually does the copying) and see if he can help with the finalizing of the disks. I will email you if I find out anything useful.

It was 78 degrees here yesterday and on its way to 75 today.

The landscapers finally came and took out the tree that was falling over. It was a beautiful tree, but it was leaning over the street and would have fallen soon (especially since spring is bringing out all the new growth), probably right on top of someone’s car. The new tree is very small and will take a while to provide shade. They also did a lot of weeding, and both front and back yards look a lot better. I need to get some Round Up to keep them under better control! (I have rock yards instead of grass, so no mowing or watering necessary. That is very common here in the desert. Of all our neighbors, there are only two lawns on our street, and maybe a dozen in the whole neighborhood.)

Arye, happy birthday tomorrow. It is an accomplishment to reach that age. I know as I will be 85 on March 18th. That I have a hard time believing at times. My doctor says I am going to live to be 100. I didn’t know she had a crystal ball.
