notsoastute, i’m like you. i used to eat plate after plate years ago, but now i’m in my 60s & when i go to golden corral i can’t eat more than a small plate of salad & 1 plate of other food.

I can still eat as much as I want, but I can’t burn it all off by the end of the week like I could before.
