“Unless you’re one of the 80 million who took the trouble to provide for yourself but now has lost or will lose your health care altogether as a result of the individual or employer mandates. If you are, you’re probably facing death from cancer or other high-cost diseases. The low-information liberals consider you to be a bump in the road, and they don’t mind saying so on these pages.”The claim of 80 million losing coverage, is almost certainly inflated. It is a prediction, not the current reality. There is a real problem with finding the right balance between acceptable coverage & costs. Obama has already delayed the provisions that would cause people to lose their plans. I expect conservatives will wait until after next year’s elections to start looking at how they want to address the issue.People who have serious diseases like cancer are clear winners under the ACA. Up till recently, unless you were already in a pretty decent insurance plan, you were looking at caps, cancellations, bankruptcy and so on.Pick up enough seats next year, & conservatives will be well positioned to curb features of the ACA they dislike. Personally, I’d be more willing to trust conservatives if they had used honest arguments & made honest efforts at improving the ACA. Instead we got low information diatribes about death panels & socialism, coupled with time wasting repeal efforts.
“Note to Kathleen Sebelius: “A cougar does not change its spots””Yeah… nothing misogynist about that remark. Keep courting those women voters. /sarcasm
