Elly got the “Once removed” part right. But as Ron is her First Cousin, his children become her “First Cousin, Once removed” to Elly. That makes Jaime and Grant “Second Cousins” to April .

Jaime and grant are April’s second cousins. Jaime and Grant are Elly’s first cousins once removed.

Those bunk beds are super short… no wonder April calls them “bonk beds” or whatever she called them when she hit her head.
