Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be known as “lunch”. (At least with this crowd!)

I seem to remember the Elephants cheering when Ronnie signed the agreement with the USSR (Russia). They hate anything the Democrats are for, no matter what it is, they are the first party to every filibuster their own in the Senate after all.

When most of Europe and particularly France, and a good portion of the middle east are against it, you’re stretching beyond plausibility at making this just about politics.

“01MAY2014… a small tactic nuclear explosion was reported at the Temple Mount (Haram al-Sharif)”You’re predicting Muslims would use a nuclear weapon on a site they also consider holy?

I think there’s another way to look at this, and that is that missile-delivered bombs are going the way of the dodo, regardless of the type of weaponry.

If you launch a missile, you are certifying that you sent it, because it can be easily traced back to its launch point. No ambiguity as to who is responsible.

If you launch a missile, it will take time to get to its target, which is time that can be used to intercept, evacuate, or at least attempt to do so. Also, there is the possibility that a slight miscalculation over thousands of miles can mean the bomb meant for New York hits the Yucatan peninsula.

Easier, cheaper, less likelihood of intervention or failure, and plausible deniability: a single person carrying a suitcase, or backpack, or hoody……This (and drones) is the future.

^Not to mention that Israel already has the means to intercept the class of missiles Iran can launch. Even faster, better, interceptors are classified, but in the works, hypervelocity missiles that take out that nice big launch vehicle shortly after it leave the pad, or launch site.

Hmm, invasion of our schools, and marathons, semi-automatic rifles, pistols, and of course the ever popular pressure cooker. Yes, the “invasion” is on, home grown, and fostered by “right-wing” “god, guns, and leave me alone” anarchists pretending to be “patriots”.
