This is kinda like that old twilight zone episode, " Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder" and this beautiful lady wants to have an ugly twisted pig face because the rest of the world is pig faced. so in this case she seems ugly to herself and the world. she keeps on getting surgeries to get it fixed, and in the beginning her whole head is wrapped up. But in this case it’s the opposite, and Mrs. Godfrey is the ugly pig face! XD
