One of my favorite Dave Berg (“The Lighter Side of……”) cartoons was about a kids’ baseball game. Two parents argue over if the base runner was safe or out, and from then on, every time they’d meet one would say “He was safe!” The other would say “He was out!” Finally, one’s exasperated wife said: “Will you two stop it already! It’s been two years!”
