Looks like spider claus isn’t coming to town any more.

Actually, roaches, even cockroaches can fly; they just don’t do it very often.

The spiders never die though, which is strange.

So…. Odie’s just killed Arachnid Santa and he appears to be licking his “bits”.

Our entomology course wraps up at Christmas and students have to hand in an insect collection. One student painted a ground beetle red and tethered it to nine fruit flies from the genetics lab. She labelled it “Santoptera:Clausidae.” The front fruit fly even had a red “nose!”

How do you tether a fruit fly?
