    Political anger does not belonging in a comic strip (comics refer to funny things, not diatribes against politics).

    Really? Like Evangelicals have been doing to some African governments…? What you just said is likely satire but good satire takes on what might just be plausible…;-)

    @Alex Rorke: beg to differ. Political anger and humour can co-exist in the same frame of reference: it’s the definition of satire, and goes back a good couple of hundred years. One truly original political comic that should belong on a site like GoComics, but doesn’t, is Steve Bell’s “IF…” cartoon strip; a long-runner from the London “Guardian” that’s addressed just about everything over its thirty-odd year run.
