Speaking of “systems”, I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to get Florida Medicaid to fix my mom’s paperwork. Used to be able to talk to folks and get things done, not since the current Governor made that impossible. Even our lawyers and the rest home she lives in can’t reach anyone in the system, or get any answers!! Web, snail mail, phone, no answers!
