The program is so unpopular with the public, the servers have been overloaded. Hopefully the typical “glitch” in such will get soon resolved.

Obama failed to mention that woman is the wife of a congressman who is exempt from ACA.You fail again. Members of Congress & their staffers will have to sign up for insurance through the ACA exchanges. They will continue to get an employer subsidy on their insurance, as will many private sector employees.
