Eno: Our cable provider just added six hundred new channels. Now, by the time I surf all the channels to see what's on, I have to start over again.
I heard a rumor that Cox Cable was going to offer a package that they would charge you by the channels you pick. They didn’t say how much per channel. It might be better than the $140. I pay now.
We do DVR what we want to see, havent seen a commercial in ages. Some commercials are cute,funny,or interesting the first time you see them, but then they show it every 5 minutes. Gaaa!
DirecTV offers RECENT SEARCH…so I only check the shows I see regularly. There is really mostly crap on all those channels….I could almost go back to Antenna TV too.

TV has nothing to offer, I use it to watch DVD’s of my chioce, and whoopee no commercials, can even make my own pee breaks.

Actually, we rarely “watch” anything. The few programs we do watch, we actually record to watch later; then we can blow through the commercials.

We switched back to an antenna. Still nothing on, but far fewer channels on which to waste time.
