Um… isn’t this strip like about 5 or 6 years too late? Shuttles are gone forever, in case you hadn’t heard.

Then that must be how the private sector does it. Aren’t they in to cost cutting over all? Would you trust Wal-Mart to do this?

Interesting comment. Remember 2001’s prediction that Pan-Am would be flying shuttles? In the future it may well be Virgin and some areospace outfits such as Lockheed or General Dynamics. Of course, after a while there will be Air-tran equivalents. Imagine what disasters that will entail.

I remember the first time I was working on a movie set, and realized that all those cities and town weren’t real. The romance faded fast.

Dubya scuttled the shuttle and didn’t replace it with anything.

Oh, if it was all that simple. Now they could coordinate the simple complexity yet so many see only simplistic answers to really complicated problems.

Wait for congress to pass a budget so you can pay the electric bill… If they ever do, you try again. Meanwhile Sandra Bullock circles the earth awaiting the rescue launch.

Darth, what’s the point of having Sandra Bullock in a movie if you’re going to cover her up with a space suit?

Seriously, nobody has said anything about how long that electrical cord would have to be?…..Outer Space is way out there man……How many times do they go around the earth? That’s a lot of line, baby…Maybe internal combustion Satellites are the answer….
