Conservatives spinning like tops, but I would support them on this one to say NO to attacking Syria (even though Assad IS a creep, it’s a CIVIL WAR and we lose with EITHER side in it!)
Share the responsibility? Oh, I forgot. They already do — Congress is responsible for speechifying, the President is responsible for actually accomplishing whatever he can without Congressional help.
