That reminds me of the badly created term “near miss”. It should be “near hit”.
in my state Reckless driving is a very loose term that can apply to everything.
Police can ticket you for doing donuts on your own farm in the mud, all good and fun, whe your far away from everyone else and no where near public property.
That seems hypocritical since they do donuts all the time.
When in Thatland, if you get pulled over; just slip the guy some money and he’ll wave you on.
and today’s JUMBLE says, “wreck less”,
