Bucky has only had one long fang. When the incident at the ferret flap happened, Bucky lost both his fang and a molar. The fang was re-set and the molar was replaced by a gold tooth. It was the molar that Fungo wore on a chain around his neck.

actually he lost 2 teeth while attempting to snare fungo. The fang he got back immediately and got put back on his face, but he also lost one of his molars which Fungo now wears around his neck. Bucky now has a gold tooth to replace it.
