McRib is the ONLY thing I buy at McDonalds. When told at the drive-thru that they no longer had McRib I said OK and drove on thru and went elsewhere for my lunch.
Correction: Collagen is extracted from “tripe, heart and stomach” and is added to the pork shoulder to bind it into the McRib shape. They are not the primary ingredients. This binding agent is used in all chicken nugget products that you can get in the supermarket or other fast food places.
p.s. I do not eat at a McD’s because I don’t like their food, price, atmosphere, etc.

Mc D’s is no longer the cheap fast food they once were. You can go out to a regular restaurant and get a better meal for the same money now.
