And righties, especially the “religious” ones, want to redact Article Six, and turn the U.S. into a theocracy, never mind the First Amendment. I don’t like at all Obama continuing "w"s practices, but the fact is, several laws never should have been passed that allow it. Obama didn’t violate the Constitution, CONGRESS DID, but the conservatives on the SCOTUS don’t seem to care.
Um. Historically, all three branches of government do frequent interpretations of the Constitution. The Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches are each guilty of trying to do the jobs of the other two branches; usually with dismal results.
