Bush/Cheney spent their time handcuffing the EPA, and Republicans in Congress, notably the House committee heads with a majority leadership, have tried to legislate “regulations” and take away Executive Branch authorities, to destroy huge sectors of the environment, for corporate profit increases. Getting that regulatory authority, and ENFORCEMENT, is critical at this time.
Get real, will ya, please?It’s a vacation, pure and simple, just like the ones Bush took when he ruled the country.They’re all the same now – Republican, Democrat, whatever…They have raised themselves up as aristocrats over us, the thing that usually happens eventually when a country comes to being ruled by a huge bureaucracy that knows it can raid the public purse with the public vote.The founding fathers knew what they were saying when they stated that the Constitution would only work for a moral populace.
