I was on a liquid diet fer years…Captain Morgan straight up with a thimble of root beer as a chaser…I been sober fer years now. But liquid diets can be fun. ;:^)
Friend of mine once told me of an acquaintance who put everything through a blender when he couldn’t have solid food — including a steak. “Thank God for Mr. Oster!” he is supposed to have said.

Start with a food processor and a little water, if it’s still to thick then break out the blender.
