A minute after he took office, the White House website declared his administration would become “the most open and transparent in history.” By the end of his first full day on the job, Obama had issued high-profile orders pledging “a new era” and “an unprecedented level of openness” across the massive federal government.

    SUCKERS!

I admit it: I bought the hype. I voted for him twice, thinking that a constitutional scholar with his charisma would bring us back from the decades of corruption and begin the move back to being a Constitutional government.

I was wrong. He is every bit the puppet of the shadow government (follow the money!) that his predecessors were.

The sad truth here is that Holder claims he was doing this all in the name of keeping state secrets. As far as I can tell, this was reprisal for not allowing Obama the right to crow and strut after the action happened.

There is no justification for the press to be cracked open. It only gives lazy prosecutors an easier way to get information. If the government wants information they should have to investigate on their own. Otherwise we won’t have a free press and we won’t get this information.

And SHAME on the Grand Jury that granted this suppoena. Where was there Decency? Those jurors and the judge should be outed so that everyone can see the face of STUPID!!!

Thanks, David for saying it so I don’t have to. At least they did get a court order before doing it unlike the previous administration.

LOL, you cite a liberal blog as your source of information reliable information.Did you bother to read the linked article there?Probably not, you would have found that the Republicans called for an investigation of the Executive Branch for leaks regarding national security information. Didn’t see anywhere where they called for an investigation of the press or that Obama wasn’t working hard enough to contain the press.Nice attempt at crafting a message though, it’s wrong and a lie, but nice try.

I’m sorry you feel that way, but it was a corespondent that got raked over the coals along with his parents phone records.(A correspondent or on-the-scene reporter is a journalist or commentator, magazines or more general speaking, an agent who contributes reports to a newspaper) They said they needed to go further, so they tried to take down Fox News by looking through their phone records. They have always been trying to take down Fox, but Legal reasons they are unable. They thought they could do it this way or at least intimidate them. It will definitely be a legal battle that the Government did not see coming or thought with this Administration they could pull it off.

He’s not, his Administration and those below are doing all of his work. Have you not been listening to his responses? He does not know things until we the people do. Though all of these investigations were ongoing for quite awhile and those below Obama had heard of things happening, he does not require them to divulge this important information.
