It’s always fun to read old newspaper or magazine accounts with interviews of old-time baseball players. You KNOW the reporters not only cleaned up their grammar, syntax, and logic, but added all the colorful phraseology! (And of course, half the things that Yogi Berra said were apocryphal, and the other half he never even SAID!)
