    actually we’re called stockmen..and there are nights I wish I just had to only gather the carts up. Overnights are a pain…

    I always thought they were more like Conductors of the Cart-train. Our local folks use an electric powered cart to push the line of strays, and they direct the lead cart across the lot and into the store. It looks like more fun than it probably is - but ain’t that true for most jobs.

    Always makes me wonder when I see a shopping cart blocks, or even miles, away from it’s place of origin.

    Wonder if those cartherders get paid milage. I also think they should have cart dogs to help them herd them carts.
