A canine’s sensory abilities are most acute in its smell. Its smell is used in hunting and pack communication. An World Wide Pack (WWP) would concentrate less on the visual images than on odor.. To a human, no doubt the images would be too quick and blurred, sounds strangely pitched and meaningless, the output vaguely odorous and often offensive. (The method to attract canines to doggie porn are obvious.) Chemical instructions to print particulate odor strips would be downloaded instead of images. .And canines would not “surf” the Internet, they would “hunt” it. The premier communications network for canines might be named Mondo Cane, and its logo would be a stylized fire hydrant.
The Chicago Tribune (The paper that carries the Argyle Sweater strip) didn’t run this episode and ran a March 9, 2010 Argyle Sweater strip instead! WHY IS THAT???

The names Millie and Buddy on the computer screen are both names of presidential dogs. Millie (George H.W. Bush), Buddy (Bill Clinton).
