Sadly there is nothing cushy about retirement. Even with a vacation home and a spa. It’s a lot of work trying to survive retirement.

Maybe Cathy is planning a closet sale and they will by that vacation home with the profits. Considering how much she has spent over the years there should be some value there. Of course their vacation home will be a tent. The indoor spa will be a hole in the roof of that tent.
