I satisfied my craving for frozen yogurt bars with a 75-calorie frozen juice bar. Then I craved frozen juice bars. I satisfied my craving for frozen juice bars with a fat-free fudge bar, a sugar-free sorbet bar, a low-carb smoothie stick and a frozen soy snack cup. Then I craved human contact. Look, honey! I've discovered a world of healthy dessert alternatives! Irving: No, thanks. I quit eating dessert last year. I don't even miss it! Cathy: I satisfied my craving for human contact, now I crave ice cream.

I don’t think there is such a thing as a healthy dessert alternative. Poor Cathy. And I call BS on Irving. He’s totally sneaking a cookie every now and then.
