Never had a dishwasher, Unless you count my DH who does the dishes everyday since he retired. So….I prefer to “stand by my man” when he is up to his elbows in hot soap dishwater. : )
I guess some people take constructive criticism personally. As long as it is said politely and it makes sense, I don’t have a problem with it.
My other theory is that Irving is just pretending to get upset so he can get out of washing the dishes in the future. I’ve heard people will do that also.

Hello Cathy friends! I’m sure you all know the big news today, so I won’t say anything further other than I’m thankful for the nice people here!
By my OCD standards, my poor husband can’t load the dish-washer “right” either (which is why I prefer to just do it myself), but when he does, I give him props for at least trying to stack them in there as neatly as I do.
As for Cathy and Irving, unless there are six really huge pots in there filling it up, calling a dishwasher “full” with only that small amount of things in it is pretty ridiculous and for him to get so mad and bent out of shape to the point of accusing her of “siding” with the dishwasher over him in order to make her feel guilty for point-ing that fact out to begin with is just stupid and wrong. What a dum-dum he’s being today! :-(

I think Irving’s either got too fragile an ego or he’s just trying to get out of doing the dishes - even if all he’d be doing is simply loading the dishwasher and letting it do all the work when it comes to actually washing the dishes themselves. As for the election results, for better or worse, it is what it is. If he’s really awful, we can kick him out in four years. But in the mean
time, I’m just glad it’s finally over and I’m so thankful for all the really nice people here too! :-)

There’s a serious problem (somewhere) if it only holds 6 dishes.Re: the election….you’re right….it is what it is. 4 years is a long time tho.
