A couple of the excuses are a bit week but I definitely understand the need to get away from a crazy home life.
Hello Cathy friends! As you know, I’ve been very busy with school, the kids, my internship and my job. I’m taking a two week leave from the job that I can’t afford because I need the time to complete assignments. I just had to get my suv fixed, that was expensive and it still needs more work. My oldest daughter is emotional almost constantly but she’s 15, it goes with the territory. My baby girl is still having trouble with other kids but she found one friend and is learning to ignore the rest. My youngest son could be doing better in school but we’re working on him and may allow him to get a job if he brings his English grade up.
Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends and all is well!

Wow! Just caught up on two weeks worth of strips and comments. Sure missed a lot. I did enjoy, as always, the annual conference in Phoenix and the after conference decompress in Sedona. Had a great time and learned a whole lot (brain really stuffed with new ideas).
On the past strips – really glad my parents nor my in-laws interfered in our married life – unless we asked for help and advice.
QuietStorm I thought I had a busy life but it is quiet compared to yours. Your nickname does reflect your life very well – especially the “Storm” part. Hang in there and feel free to vent to your friends here in the Cathy Clan. Hugs from me too.
