There go those “champagne wants on a beer budget” dreams again! When will this agent ever get up the guts to tell them they simply can’t afford these whacked-out fantasies of theirs?! We all want what we want when it comes to our “dream house” — but a majority of the time, they’re exactly that: dreams! Unless you’re über-rich, you have to start with the budget you can afford and try to find as close to what you’re looking for as possible from there. . . NOT the other way around! Selling both their houses was the easy part. Finding something they can afford to buy when they’ve got such lofty visions of grandeur dancing around in their heads is going to be a totally different subject altogether! :-P

Molly McGee: My deepest sympathies to you, yet again. Earlier this morning I heard about the 2-year-old boy getting snatched and killed by an alligator at the Disney World Seven Seas La-goon resort. Yet another sad and senselessly tragic thing to happen in Orlando in such a short period of time. What I don’t understand is why D.W. allows gators in their lake to begin with? That dangerous, bone-headed decision by whoever was in charge at the time was definitely a bad one, that’s for sure! :-(
