I’m a big fan of root veggies and squash of all sorts. Well . . . any veggie, actually. And even though my doctor says no, no, no – I love blue cheeses. The bluer the better. This sounds absolutely scrumptious. I’m giving this a go.
The mold in the blue-veined cheeses cause stomach cancer, but not if you make sure to eat plenty of green stuff and other sources of vitamin C and A to neutralize the mold’s effect. Likewise too much soot residue from barbequed meat; as long as you don’t consider green stuff “rabbit food” as my father-in-law in Texas did, you won’t die miserably of stomach cancer as he did.
