    @MayKittenI was 1, so I was wearing booties. When I lost one, I re-bootie-ed.

    I wish the cartoonists would stop portraying us baby boomers as tech illiterite. Even my Mom at 76 is computer savy. I am an online gamer, I buy online, bank online, & read online. Remember, it is my generation that made the PC possible. Geeeeeezus. Give us a break. We enjoy tech toys with the best of them. Better yet, when servers go down, we can fallback on “older procedures”. Ever see a high school kid count back change when the register goes down? They usually cannot.

    That’s when they re-tell the history of a comic book hero yet again. It’s also what we call last night’s dinner. “Leftovers” is so last century. j/k :-)

    I’m 78, did the digi-thing most of my career and was in on early experimentation on FTP crap ‘back in the day’ and recently got chewed out by some “ilatrate” (sp) kid who called me a “stupid old man” and to “get off the internet”. They seem to think this stuff just magically appeared when they were 12 years old.
