I try to remember things with a pneumatic device. It’s unforgettable.
Knowledge and intelligence are not the same thing. Having knowledge of something doesn’t ensure you’ll know how to use that knowledge.
Having said government, there’s no need to say military…the military is simply the government in one of its most basic forms.
