Which is why the Repubs are very soon going to have reason to hate Tom DeLay’s guts.[]Tradtionally, redistricting happens only once at the beginning of each decade. By rights, the Dems should be powerless to do anything about this until 2020.[]EXCEPT…in 2003, in an effort led by then House Majority leader Tom DeLay, Texas chose to break that tradition, redrawing the voting districts 7 years early.[]Oops! In doing that, the Texas Repubs set a precedent. If, or rather WHEN the Tea-Party Repub governors get booted out of office, their Dem replacements will have the right to redraw the voting districts without waiting for the end of the decade. same as Texas did[] And there won’t be a thing the Repubs can do to stop it. The courts have already upheld the right of states to dedistrict whenever they want.[]Way to go, Tommy. LOL!

I agree with you, however there is more to it then just that.

Obama won in every state that DID NOT require a Photo ID and lost in every state that DID require a Photo ID in order to vote.

For starters, here are just a few examples of what has surfaced with much more to come.

· In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (a mathematical and statistical impossibility – see below) · In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations – and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (a statistical impossibility – see below) · In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voters were registered to vote in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters. · In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes cast. · The National SEAL Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158% voter turnout – the highest voter overage in entire the country – second was Palm Beach County, FL with a 141% voter turnout overage. · In Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.

I am not a CPA but even I can tell the numbers just don’t add up!
