^congressmen get paid about 150k/year. after 5-10 years some retire from congress with great benefits and 10’s of millions of dollars in the bank. how do you suppose they do that?

Boehner has to persuade the extremists to follow his leadership and compromise for the good of the country. But the extremists hate leadership, hate compromise and apparently couldn’t care less about the country.
I hate that they have put playing politics their number one priority. THey are deliberately driving us into a ditch. And Boehner is more moderate than whoever will replace him. That is just scary!
