Ms. Benson’s N2 work does seem to represent how voters are treated by our bipartisan confusers, but it is actually the media who has made poll numbers more important than policies, issues, history, facts, truth, qualifications, etc, etc.We are being poorly served by journalism and being richly served, in the most negative sense, by our politicians. Too many people are taking unfair hits as the parties compete with one another, considering their constituents to be elements of the game instead of the reason the game exists. It is a dishonorable way to treat people who send their elected officials to DC with such hope, even prayers. We deserve better.Respectfully,C.
Well, I remember when George H.W. Bush was running for a second term and it looked like a landslide for him, then Hurricaine Andrew hit and, whatdoyaknow, Bill Clinton was elected….. Maybe the same thing now?
Does anyone really vote because the polls tell them who they should vote for? And if so, shouldn’t we be frightened? As we all know, 84.6 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.
I haven’t yet referred to a poll, and I won’t this time. I pay no attention to the polls, I pay attention to policy. I don’t know who’s going to win, but I do know that Obama’s polices are far better than Romney’s. That’s the only poll that matters to me.

Is this how Lisa believes the two parties treat the ‘voters’?
