They kept the name of the state short, so the occupants (at least the Republican side) could learn to spell it??

Even more so than the rest of the country, I have no idea how anybody in Ohio would want a repeat of the last 4 years.

To think, the electoral college was suppossed to help even the playing field and keep us safe from tyranny.

One of my in laws lives in Ohio. The poor state is being punished enough for its alleged importance to this process.C.

The electoral college is an important institution and one which I would never suggest we get rid of. It protects us against big state domination and the candidates spending all there time and money in just CA, NY, TX and FL. It helps protect the interests of the little states. Actually understand the system before you hate it.

I apologize if my comment was read as a criticism of the state. On my way to Chicago a few weeks ago, we spent one night near Columbus and the political ads were worse than they are here in Virginia. My in laws had their house phone turned down and was screening all calls.I am sincerely sorry for the residents of ALL of the swing states being assaulted by political flyers, polls, robo calls, and televsion ads. Very Respectfully,C.

You really want to compare Obama’s slip of the tongue to Romney’s flip-flops??? Really?
