APT3G: If ? (signs of old age, I forgot his name since yesterday) is planning on renting, doesn’t he have to find a coop owner who’s willing to sublet? Or, if he wants to buy an apartment, how does he have the money/good credit since he’s just starting out? I’m sure that Margo and LuAnn will react in various ways to having him as a neighbor.. .

And, whatever the word, isn’t this what the writer of the strip, Karen Moy, is actually doing….? I’d prefer more quotations (e.g. Gandhi, Kierkegaard) and a little less with the “words of wisdom.” APT 3-G: To move into the building, Greg will have to be approved by the co-op board.
