I’m with Adam. Transformers is the loudest most unintelligible piece of junk I’ve ever seen. If I didn’t have two young boys I would not have seen the first one. And I will not let them see the 2nd one, the first one was such an awful unredeeming 90 minutes. How this kind of bleeep keeps getting made is a testament to how dumb this country is.

Really? Transformers bashing? If you’re expecting a high quality film from a movie about giant alien robots starting a war on earth then I feel bad for you. Those types of movies are nothing but eye candy meant for thoughtless entertainment. And for those reasons alone I loved them both. Kinda like Sunday comics! HA!

Yay Joshburke22! I totally agree. If I wanted something intellectual I would be at a Shakespeare website and be a member of Mensa

If you see it done right, Shakepeare is really entertaining. Between A Mid Summer Night’s Dream at the Globe in London and Step Brothers at the GigantiPlex 1000 downtown, it’s a toss-up which one had me laughing harder.

And for good old sex and violence, you can’t beat the Jacobeans. Particularly ’Tis Pity She’s a Whore, The Revenger’s Tragedy, or anything by John Webster.

Doctor Toon: I saw a movie like that too! It was incredibly good in spite of the windshield being all steamed over.

That’s a buncha baloney. Have you seen avatar? Matrix? lord of the Rings? A movie should aspire to more … if I was the screenwriter I’d want my name removed from this awful franchise.

I say this knowing I have no talent as a screenwriter, but I could have written a better story.

Michael Bay symbolizes all that is wrong with Hollywood.

Yeeesh even cartoonists have to be a critic. I can certainly think of a lot worse sequels like Alvin & the Chipmunks
