Our police just implemented an online minor crime reporting system, they want to see at least 200 reports a month. Some how I read the same thing happening in Germany in the 30s and 40s.
My dad was once in a large group of speeders on Interstate 64. A police officer pulled out, lights going. My dad asked him: “With everyone speeding, how is it that you picked me?” The officer replied, “You were the one who pulled over.”
