Clayton: Foolproof, eh? Adam: Take a memo, son. "I, Adam Newman, do hereby swear not to start my New Year's resolutions until February 1st.

So your resolution will be broken by Feb 2 instead of Jan 2. What’s the difference?

You could always use the lunar new year. It falls on February 14, Valentines Day, this time.
