You can put the mask of religion on violence, but smart people can still see through it. Killing and destroying in the name of God is killing and destroying for NOTHING.

Not only is Ima a bigot, but happy to make up statistics out of thin air to prove a bigoted point. That whole “bearing false witness” thing doesn’t count when making up lies to support a noble argument, I guess.

We could add those who worship guns to the statistics.

Clark Kent said, about 5 hours agochristian extremists aren’t any better, such as murdering doctors who support a womans right to choose. …(end quote).-Kent, Christianity is the majority religion on the planet and in the USA. How many “Christians” are on record of “murdering doctors”??? What percentage would that be of the total Christians alive today?-I assume you mean doctors who perform murders of the unborn children of God in abortion “clinics”? That is not the same as “doctors who support a womans’ right to choose”…but are not active in committing abortions.-I would say the “Extremists” are the judges who legalized murder of the unborn, and the medical profession that accepted “legal abortion” in spite of the basic Hippocratic Oath that doctors in training were supposed to uphold.“Legal” in this case is at the opposite end of the spectrum from “Moral”……and “Extremists” are the Democrats who recently passed a “platform” that supports infanticide, the killing of a born baby in a failed abortion, that President Obama supports.

You are putting your way of living in comparison. They do not have the same laws or beliefs we do. You can not sneer at their life choices if you make no effort to understand them or know if they are okay with them. What seems disgusting to you is not to them.

It’s the religious zealots, Zionist, Christian, Muslim, out to “rule the world”, who make up the worst bigot population. Interesting that one “sink hole” of a city, Jerusalem, weighs so heavy on their minds, and is the site of their mutual murders of each other for centuries. It’s also all over MIS-interpretation of the same book of myths. The world is aflame with their hate, and each keeps pointing their finger at the other, not recognizing that finger has been used for scratching their brains, and should be washed after being inserted, “down there”.

Admin spin? Let’s see- a convicted Coptic Christian extremist produces a “movie” supposedly financed by “100 Jews”, sends it to an extremist Christian pastor, and has it translated into Egyptian dialect and put on the internet under an assumed name, then tries to deny responsibility? This is treason in its simplest form: fomenting (KNOWINGLY) violence that redounds against our diplomats! The only worse spin than the first comment is El Dumbo stating this was something planned by the Obama camp so they could bash the right!

Megan said, about 3 hours ago@disgustedtaxpayer I would say extremists are those who put their religious values and ethics on any other American. It is against our constitution.(end quote)…Megan, you no doubt are a victim of Liberal-ly revised history in our public schools. Our Constitution and all our founding documents are thoroughly based on the Biblical principles our Founders accepted as truth. Our laws are based on Judeo-Christian principles. Many Founders wrote much on their beliefs outside our government documents, and the early government mixed “religious beliefs” into the operation of the new federal entity….using 1st amendment rights to express opinions, they made rules and laws to promote and print Bibles and to have Chaplains and Prayers in political and government meetings and still left each and every individual the right to choose any religion or no religion at all. Megan, you and Dr.Canuck keep trying to oppose and gag any Christian posting on this website. You are welcome to your opinion, and I have the right to point out your errors.

Not all Libyans agree with the violent actions taken against the US embassy…. check out photos of a peace rally in Libya protesting the violence: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/09/13/libyan-peace-rally-slams-terrorism-offers-apology-for-attack_n_1881798.html?utm_hp_ref=good-news&ir=Good%20News#slide=1518621

@Megan….you do not need to quote constitution to me, youngster. I am age 80 and own several copies of the U.S. constitution and I give away free copies to young people.-error #1, I did not say our Founders’ documents said “Christian beliefs only”…in fact, I did say that they left it an individual choice to choose ANY religion or no religion at all.-error #2, I did not say the Founders’ copied scripture into secular documents….of course they wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for a secular government, but the principles are all taught in the Bible.-@mikefive….God’s Law was taught to Adam and taught to his descendants, down through Noah and further down to Abraham. God’s Law in the written scriptures was not “plagiarized” by the Jewish writers of the Old Testament. There were tribes split off from Adam’s family, multiplied into a large number, all had the same language and the same Law had been taught to them, but they rebelled from God and tried to build a pagan tower to heaven at Babylon so God stopped them and scattered them over the earth and confused the language. That is why there were similiar laws with pagan authors, such as the Code of Hamurabi.-God gave Moses the complete Law after the Exodus from Egypt, at Mt. Sinai, and set up the worship system using a Tabernacle in the desert, then in the Promised Land a temple was built for the formal practice of the sacrificial system which looked forward to the promised Lamb of God, Jesus the Christ. Ater Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection the animal sacrifices were stopped because the Son of God sacrificed his Holy blood to atone for mankind’s sin. The animal blood was only a type and symbolic. But God’s Law is eternal, and has been taught since the first man, Adam’s lifetime.-the Bible is not created by mere men, it is totally the Inspiration of God to selected writers. Secular humans may claim “muses” as “inspiration” but God’s inspiration is always true to the Holiness of the super-natural Diety.
