If I get in trouble, I'll scratch my nose that means come over and pretend to be a grateful patient happening upon your doctor and a bar... Got it? Now remember, don't go overboard. Make it believable. Right. Right! I can do this. I'll just have a seltzer with a twist. I'm working the ER later tonight... Are you a doctor? Why yes, yes I am. I'm interning at Bayside General... Wow! My ex roomie was an RN there. Say... Do you know Chad Billings? Or... Well... Um... Actually... Um... Uh... Doctor? Dr. Moondog? Gosh! Is that you? Whatta coincidence! Thank you! Thank you for saving me from that flesh eating bacterial infection! It's almost completely cleared up! Almost completely cleared up. You told me to make it believable.

Yesterday I was chatting with three doctor friends and I learned a new word: NOCTURNIST — a doctor who works only hospital night shifts. That’s carrying specialization too far.
