Are these figures correct from yesterdays comments? There is 13 professors per 100 students at college.
Of those 100 students 10 different professors will have sexual relations with the students.
Or in other words only 3 out of 13 professors refrain from sexual relations with students.
Or 77% of professors have sex with college students.
The original post has disappeared; perhaps it was removed by the poster. Those numbers make me deeply suspicious. Also, I think there’s a missing denominator or two in there.
gee, warrior, howe long have you been crammed in front of your computer? The outside world is not like that. That sounds like the fear cult leaders spread about the world outside to keep their human sheep with them.
Been a while since I had time to poke my cursor in here…. but I have trouble believing that many of my colleagues, at my college, are sexually involved with students. I, personally, am a little too fond of my marriage for such shenanigans. I do, on occasion, hear stories about people long gone.
I’ve been twelve year in grade school and four years in university, between 2000 and 2007, I’ve seen my share of f)(kable, young or otherwise charming teachers and nothing happened. Both of us were too professional for anything to happen.
picking up on several comments: had a friend in Sacramento who got involved with her college professor. They married and divorced just a few years later when she had an affair with another college professor and he had an affair with another student. Just saying …..
