Joe Biden is a good and decent man with a good heart who means well and would be a competent and decent president. He offers a deep reservoir of heartfelt, sincere compassion born of personal tragedies, and an empathy for working people born of his own family’s humble origins. He is a good and decent man.
But he is a creature of the last century, and carries a great deal of baggage that doesn’t play as well in the 21st Century. Biden has aggressively fought for women’s rights and wrote the Violence Against Women Act, but carries the baggage of his mishandling of the Anita Hill hearings and his penchant for making women uncomfortable by invading personal space and being more “hands-on” than many are comfortable with in the (long-overdue) age of “Me Too.”
Biden grew up in the era of raising money from wealthy benefactors and ginormous corporations. When Elizabeth Warren fought for financial relief from predatory lending corporations while still a professor at Harvard Law School, Biden was a senator from Delaware, the state where so many of those corporations are domiciled and he voted against Warren’s efforts and in favor of Wall $treet banksters.
Biden learned how to play the game under the rules of an earlier age. But the world has evolved, the rules have changed, candidates like Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders eschew all lobbyist, PAC and special interest money, while Biden still lives in the political past.
Where Joe to win the nomination, Kamala would not be a good strategic choice for a running mate. California is a slam dunk for the Democrats. A better choice would be Amy, who would be a great help with the mid-west and with women.
While upon reflection Mr. Biden admits he fumbled his handling of the hearings, let’s not forget that it was Clarence Thomas who sexually harassed Anita Hill. That Judge Thomas has served almost three decades on the highest court in the land is a travesty. To add insult to injury, his wife is a right-wing nutjob.
None the less, he is the most respected, knowledgeable, experienced candidate we have had for many years! I’m going to take this opportunity and REALLY MAKE AMERICA GREAT, THIS TIME! Vote for Joe!
I’m not sure Joe is the one to take on the liar( 10,000+ and counting) in Chief in 2020. However, I do like the fact that he can get under Trump’s thin skin.

Learn to answer for your sins, fella. And then don’t crack a joke about them.
