Yep, hate those cliffhangers.
Sure, the chili gives Broomie a nightmare, but then the monster eats her, so the monster also winds up with a horrible nightmare. And very bad indigestion.
Why do my food-driven nightmares want to make their appearance at the other end?
I wish it was that easy to finish a dream.. have had many cliffhangers that would have been nice to finish.
Tales of the midnight two-headed monster…
It would take a monster with a death wish to try and eat someone that looks like Broomhilda
She wants to see the sequel.
Broomie’s nightmare will become a downer! Head #1 will say to head #2’ “You saw her first! You take the first bite!”
One of the fun things about being a writer of fiction is the dreams. If I don’t like the end of a dream, I rewrite it. If I don’t finish it, I can wrap things up nicely. And, if the dream is interesting enough, I ask myself what happens next, and I have the seed of a story.
Leave Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton out of this.
Seems reasonable, in a twisted-tummy sort of way….
